LBI London is delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Alice Riegler as Programme and Development Officer.
Alice holds a BA in History from the University of Florence, as well as an MA in European History and a PhD in History from University College London. Her academic research has centred on 20th-century German history, with a particular focus on Jewish-German relations. She has experience transcribing and translating historical documents between English, German, and Italian. Prior to joining LBI London, Alice worked as a researcher for the Commission for Looted Art in Europe, where she was involved in provenance research and related projects.
Dr Joseph Cronin, Director of LBI London, said:
“We are pleased to welcome Alice to the Institute. Her expertise in German-Jewish history, as well as her skills in research and translation, will support the continued development of our programmes and projects.”
We look forward to Alice’s contributions to our ongoing research and activities.
